Hi, I’m Machelle Williams, founder of NeuroBloom Strategies. I created this consulting practice because I’ve seen firsthand the brilliance, creativity, and resilience that neurodivergent professionals bring to the workplace—and I’ve also seen how often those strengths are overlooked or underutilized.
